Decorate for VBS

Sunday, August 2

We plan to set up & decorate for VBS after the service Sunday, August 2. Pizza will be provided for volunteers. Decorating will be in the sanctuary, foyer, overflow, gym, & a few classrooms.

All ages are welcome to help!

Illumination Station VBS

AUGUST 3-6, 5:30pm-8:00pm

Get ready for the brightest week of the year!

Join us at Illumination Station VBS! We are shining a light on who Jesus really is, discovering that He is the light of the world.

VBS is for ages 4-12. Van services are available upon request.

Come answer Jesus' most important question to His disciples: "Who do you say that I am?" Expect unforgettable week full of faith, fun, and new frienships!

School District can pick up free school

Join us after the service for a fellowship dinner. This is a potluck style, bring a main dish, side, or dessert to share.

Women's Ministry Meeting

Every woman of the church is welcome to attend the meetings. They will be discussing events, mission projects, church projects, fundraisers & more.

We will be hosting a lunch for Stockton School teachers & staff on Thursday, August 20.

Craft Night

Summit Kids Good News Club

DATE: Tuesday, September 1
TIME: 3:30-5:00pm
LOCATION: Activity Center

New name, new year! Our after school program is back September 1st. Kids grades K-6^th can join us after school on Tuesdays for play time, worship, small groups, & table projects. They will learn stories from the Bible starting in the Old Testament.

If you are interested in sending your child, please sign up by August 31st.

A note must also be given to your child’s teacher, giving permission for the church vans to pick them up after school on Tuesdays.

Youth Group Resumes

September 2, 5:00-7:30pm

Youth group is for 7-12th graders. They meet every Wednesday evening in the Activity Center. Youth group includes fun activities, dinner, worship, small groups, & a Bible lesson.

Van transportation is available for all students if needed.

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US!

Help us create a welcoming environment by becoming a greeter! Once every few months welcome guests & members by handing out bulletins & opening doors before Sunday School & the Worship Service.

We would love for you to join this ministry. Volunteers are the heart of the church!
